How to read a unit’s numbers before you buy
17 Oct 2026
Every unit page on tanazzol.com shows several figures. Here is exactly what each one means.
Cash required
The amount you pay the seller, which is exactly what the seller paid the developer, backed by receipts. No premium.
Total due before the transfer
Cash required + tanazzol.com’s fee and its VAT + your share of the transfer fee + any overdue installments that must be settled. This is the amount you actually need ready.
Monthly equivalent
If installments are quarterly or yearly, we convert them to a monthly figure so you can compare units on the same scale. For example, a quarterly installment of 150,000 is about 50,000 a month.
Full cost
Contract value (paid + remaining) + fee + transfer fee + anything paid on top of the contract, such as a maintenance deposit. This is what the unit costs you from start to finish.
Estimated gain
The difference between the unit’s market price today and its full cost. The market price source (developer price list or an estimate) is shown next to it, and it is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Figures last updated
Figures change with every installment the seller pays. If they haven’t been confirmed for more than 30 days, you’ll see a “Figures need updating” label.
